1. Data controller

2. What we collect and why

Through the contact and guide-request forms we collect: first name, last name, email and company. We use this data to:

• Respond to your contact request or commercial inquiry.
• Send you the downloadable guide, if requested through the corresponding form.
• Send you communications about our products and services, only if you checked the consent box on the form.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given by checking the corresponding box and submitting the form (GDPR art. 6.1.a).

4. Processors and recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for purposes other than those stated. To provide the service, we work with the following processors:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): contact management and email sending.
• Cloudflare: processes the form submission (Cloudflare Workers) before forwarding it to Brevo.
• Hostinger: website hosting.

If you consent to Google Analytics, Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) also acts as a processor. See our cookie policy for details.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as there is an active business relationship or until you request its deletion. Otherwise, we periodically review and remove data that is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@zaviren.com. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), aepd.es.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

8. Minors

This website is not directed at minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or website changes. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
